Furthermore, becoming a member of the Club helps keep the doors open. With the money we get from membership dues, we are able to help fund the club’s activities, electric, and the staffing that is here 7 days a week from 6:00am until 9:00pm. In addition to being part of the voting body of the Club, members also receive special pricing in our Café, as well as access to internet, computers, and the television.

what is membership at the Triangle Club?

Special!

Triangle Club Members are very important for us. The General Membership Body helps to run the entire club as a whole. When someone becomes a member, they are eligible to attend the quarterly meetings for the Club and to vote on important topics. If people want to have more of a voice at the Triangle Club, becoming a member is the way to do it!

You may be wondering why it costs money, since A.A.'s Seventh Tradition is that there are no dues or fees. However, we are a separate entity from A.A. We are a non-profit organization that is 12 step orientated, giving people with addiction and alcoholism a safe place to come for meetings. We do not require fees to attend meetings, but if a person would like to become a member, we have the dues to continue to help the club stay open.
